I cannot recommend them enough - we got our home (the Bryant) in Sept. 2024 from Hylton and we have had such a good experience working with them. From placing the order with customizations, to delivery of the home (in a challenging spot too ~3 hours away), to concurrent repairs and scheduling within our first year they have been very helpful. Nathan is such a sweet guy, and all the others we've worked with in terms of delivery and repairs / fixes have been good people.
I will say too that I was wary of buying a manufactured home but after reviewing the build sheet as well as living in one for ~7 months now, we are really impressed with the quality. We shopped around for builders in local neighborhoods (new construction) and compared build sheets to stick built houses, and these are made the same if not a little better (the roof and 2x6 walls were higher quality) and the price / warranty was very fair. They have followed through so far with all warranty / repair requests as well.
Overall this company / location is a step above any competition and I would highly recommend them and their homes!
